Welcome to SMART-Q (Smart Quality Assurance) at https://mutu.uinsaizu.ac.id. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

SMART-Q is an integrated academic quality assurance and audit management software developed and operated by the Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) of Universitas Islam Negeri Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto. It provides tools for conducting internal audits (Audit Mutu Internal / AMI), uploading and verifying accreditation evidence documents, managing surveys, and monitoring quality indicators.

2. User Accounts & Authorized Access

• Access to SMART-Q is restricted to authorized faculty members, academic staff, auditors, auditees, and quality assurance administrators of UIN Prof. K.H. Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto.
• Users may sign in using their official university Google Workspace account (OAuth 2.0) or institutional credentials.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts.

3. Acceptable Use and Document Uploads

• Users agree to upload only legitimate, verified academic documents relevant to internal quality standards.
• Users must not upload malicious files, viruses, or materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Services)

SMART-Q integrates with Google OAuth 2.0 and Google Drive APIs to authenticate institutional users and securely manage audit archive files. The use of Google user data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
